Sabre Corporation in Southlake, Texas, seeks a Director, Global Tax Accounting to lead our global tax provision and ASC 740 reporting. You will modernize tax technology, drive process improvements, and act as a strategic advisor to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, CPA, and deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, and multinational tax issues. You will mentor a team and collaborate with auditors and FP&A.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation with emphasis on ASC 740.
• CPA certification is required; Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred.
• Master-level technical expertise in tax accounting (ASC 740) and US GAAP within large corporations.
• Experience implementing tax technology, data analytics, and provision systems.

Mansioni

• Oversee global tax accounting and financial reporting (ASC 740) for all entities.
• Lead the tax component of SEC filings (Form 10-K, 10-Q) with SOX 404 controls.
• Drive forecasting, dynamic tax rate modeling, and quarterly/year-end close improvements.
• Champion tax technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline the close process.
• Mentor and develop the tax accounting team and collaborate with leadership.
