UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to lead the future state of UKG's R2R capabilities. You will partner with Finance, IT, and AI teams to define operating models and a transformation roadmap that drives efficiency, governance, and scalable processes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Digital Enablement, you will shape standards, measure value realization, and guide multi-year initiatives leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, BlackLine, Workiva, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in accounting/finance transformation.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes and internal controls.
• Experience leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization.
