• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, analytics, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, analytics, or related business disciplines.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, pricing strategy, forecasting, accrual management, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, account teams, and business leaders to develop pricing strategies that support growth, profitability, and new business opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and implement pricing models for new and existing programs across global markets.
• Lead pricing reviews, client pricing discussions, and implementation activities supporting new program launches and business expansion.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, profitability assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor program performance and produce management reporting, performance metrics, and portfolio insights.
• Establish pricing controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Actuarial teams to improve reporting, automation, and operational scalability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and present recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
