Merck seeks a Director for Global Public Health Organizations in Vaccines & Infectious Diseases to lead policy engagement with Gavi, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, and WHO. You will shape briefing materials for senior leaders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate policy insights across the enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years in global health policy, fluent English (French a bonus), and up to 30% travel domestically and internationally. Hybrid work arrangements are supported.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global vaccines and infectious diseases public policy.
• Experience providing strategic thought leadership to global institutions and advocacy organizations.
• Ability to work across diverse, matrixed teams and influence without authority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute engagement strategies with global public health organizations (Gavi, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, WHO).
• Coordinate input into position papers, recommendations, and policy instruments.
• Inform commercial strategies with policy insights for cross-functional plans.
• Represent Global Vaccine & Infectious Diseases Policy in multilateral engagements.
