The Director, Global Facilities is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for manufacturing facilities and related EHS and sustainability programs across the company's global footprint, including the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. This role ensures safe, compliant, resilient, and efficient manufacturing operations while advancing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments as a publicly traded organization.
This position plays a critical role in risk management, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and ESG performance, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, HR and Audit to support long-term value creation and regulatory disclosure obligations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field; Master's preferred
Physical Location: Tempe, Arizona - Global Headquarters
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
