Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking an experienced and results-driven supply chain Mechanical GCM Director to lead procurement for data center cooling equipment across development projects.

You will manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, drive supplier onboarding and performance, and implement sustainability initiatives, while navigating large-scale data center demands and critical infrastructure requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Equipment supply chain, with at least 3-5 years focused on data center mission critical infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of data center systems and associated vendors (OEMs and integrators).
• Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management tools, data analytics, and BI tools.
• Excellent project management, contract management, change management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain.

Fleet Data Centers is seeking an experienced and results-driven supply chain Mechanical GCM Director to lead the procurement of Mechanical Cooling Equipment for our data center development projects. This role is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle from acquisition to operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial equipment supply chain and deep knowledge of the unique requirements of data center mission-critical infrastructure such as Chillers, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC), Adiabatic Cooling, Site Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, Cooling Distribution Units, and Fan Walls.

Location and Travel

• Work location is flexible to Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, Austin, TX or Alexandria, VA. 100% Remote will be considered on a candidate basis.
• Regular travel, as needed, to Fleet offices as well as to meet with Vendors.

Expected Salary Range:

$180,000 - $225,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
