Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a strategic professional to help shape client solutions across the drug development and commercialization continuum. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into meaningful, value-driven project plans and proposals.

Ideal candidates will have strong operations experience and a track record of delivering results in complex environments, including familiarity with FSP/FSO models and ongoing client engagement.

• Experience in building strategy to support customers through model evolution.
• Experience supporting/writing proposals.
• Deep understanding of operations and operational strategy.
• Able to take a customer "ask" and make it more than what is requested. Ask questions and dig deeper to understand potential value.
• Understands constraints and roadblocks to establish recommendations.
• Experience working through transitions.
• Experience building a strategic value proposition.
• Experience building new partnership models.
• Experience across FSP and FSO.
• Driving Excellence in FSP Solutions.
• Know the broader pharma/biotech landscape and understand questions to ask.
• Able to translate the successes of Delivery to customers.
• Experience with commercial offerings, building rates.
• Project Management background would be beneficial.
