Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Customer Performance in Atlanta, GA to lead fraud management engagements with acquirers and merchants. You will design reports, analyze performance, and advise on improvements to reduce fraud rate and optimize approvals. Travel 50% across the US and Canada.

You’ll collaborate with Franchise, product teams and banking associations to deliver consulting engagements and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Fraud management experience in card payments and transaction processing.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver all aspects of fraud management for customers, merchants, and service providers.
• Design internal and external reports to identify performance gaps.
• Engage with customers to address performance issues and violations.
• Sell and deliver consulting engagements to optimize acquirer performance.
• Collaborate with Franchise to optimize engagements and manage specialty merchants.
• Identify fraud trends and share insights with product teams and banking associations.
