Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director to lead the FP&A team for the MPB business. The Director will oversee the monthly close and forecast, annual budgeting, and long-range planning, delivering business insights through advanced analytics.

This role partners with Strategic Pricing and Manufacturer Relations and sales leaders across US Pharma channels. Hybrid position with on-site work at Las Colinas two days per week and remote days otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide business/financial insight on monthly close and forecast and lead the development and socialization of the annual budget and long-term plan.
• Partner collaboratively with business owners to develop/produce KPI management reports to measure financial performance.
• Provide advanced analytics on customer/manufacturer profitability and make recommendations to drive incremental operating profit.
• Effective business partner who can influence decision makers and work collaboratively across a large, matrixed organization.
• Perform other duties as required.
