Ankura's Risk Advisory group, specifically the Forensic Data & Analytics (FDA) team, focuses on high-profile investigations, regulatory compliance, and financial crimes. The team is expanding into key markets including New York, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
The Director is a pivotal leadership role requiring a blend of technical mastery and strategic business acumen. You will oversee project workstreams, manage project teams, and act as a primary point of contact for clients. The role is a unique opportunity to build out a practice in expanding offices (NY, DC, Chicago) and influence the team's culture and capabilities from the ground up. Ideally, this role will be hybrid based out of one of our locations; remote locations are considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, or New York, Ankura is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to these markets and considers a broad range of factors. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range is between $85,000 to $140,000; this range is not a promise of a particular wage. The disclosed estimate is not adjusted for the geographic differential. The range does not include additional benefits outside of salary. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role.
