Fayetteville State University seeks a Director of the First Year Experience to lead the design, implementation, and assessment of a comprehensive freshman-year program. You will coordinate UNIV seminars, learning centers, and student services to support new students and high-risk groups.

The role also includes overseeing the Bronco Boost Summer Bridge program and collaborating with academic affairs to boost persistence and success during the first year.

Qualifikationen

• Budget management and planning experience.
• Experience working with first-generation college students and/or socially or economically disadvantaged students.
• Two years of closely related experience in student services or instructional programs.
• Two to three years' experience advising first-year students, particularly exploratory/undecided students.
