Tishman Speyer is seeking a Director of Fire & Life Safety to support a Class‑A office property in Midtown Manhattan. Reporting to the Chief Security Officer and regional Property Management leadership, this role is responsible for overseeing fire and life safety operations, ensuring compliance with FDNY codes, and maintaining the safety of tenants, visitors, and staff. The Director will supervise onsite life safety staff, oversee inspections and emergency protocols, manage training, and serve as primary liaison with FDNY and other emergency agencies.
The total compensation range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 and may include a discretionary annual bonus. This compensation reflects a number of factors, including relevant experience and skill sets.
