Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in audit and/or financial due diligence.
• Proven experience issuing Quality of Earnings reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of financial due diligence engagements.
• Lead engagement scoping discussions defining strategy and risk areas.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, advising on deal strategy.
