TK Elevator is seeking a Director- Finance in Germantown, TN, to partner with executive leadership and drive financial discipline across two manufacturing sites in Middleton, TN and Byhalia, MS. You will manage cost accounting, reporting, budgeting, and capital projects while leading SAP-centric process optimization.

Responsibilities include improving working capital, enhancing dashboards, and ensuring SOX/compliance, with a focus on manufacturing excellence and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10–15 years of accounting, controlling, and/or FP&A in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in managerial role leading factory finance, partnering with plant GM.
• Direct SAP user experience in manufacturing environment.
• ERP implementation experience a strong plus.
• Experience with transformational projects and systems conversions.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Director- Finance in Germantown, TN. Responsible for partnering collaboratively with executive leadership to ensure finance supports business objectives through operational excellence, performance management, financial control, process optimization, and manufacturing finance excellence. This role leads financial reporting, costing, inventory management, capital planning, continuous improvement initiatives, SAP-centric process transformation, and data-driven decision making for our two manufacturing locations in Middleton, TN and Byhalia, MS.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Partner closely with executive leadership to identify and measure operational and financial improvement opportunities.
• Lead transformation initiatives across manufacturing, finance, and operational processes.
• Manage team responsible for cost accounting, inventory management, variance analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital project support.
• Ensure data governance, internal controls, SOX compliance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and measure key performance metrics and operational improvements.
• Monitor and communicate business performance through KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Provide leadership for monthly reporting, planning, forecasting, and controlling activities.
• Oversee annual budgeting and strategic planning processes for manufacturing operations at our two sites in concert with VP of Manufacturing Finance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce inventory levels, optimize warehouse costs, and improve working capital.
• Partner with business leaders (VP of Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement) to drive insights supporting strategic decisions.
• Help drive SAP-centric process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives with peers on the Finance team.
• Partner with IT to improve systems integration, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop team members and manage special projects as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• 10-15 years of experience in accounting, controlling, and/or financial planning and analysis within a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years in Managerial role leading factory finance, partnering with plant GM
• Direct SAP user experience in manufacturing environment
• ERP Implementation experience a strong plus
• Experience with transformational projects and systems conversions
• Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to act independently and confidentially, using discretion and tact
• Ability to distinguish and manage confidential material and information
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA or MBA Preferred
