Rheem, a leading global manufacturer of heating, cooling, and water heating equipment, seeks a Director of Finance (CAPEX) to lead global capital expenditure finance processes in the North America Division, based in Atlanta, GA. Hybrid work arrangement.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and strategic business case support to Operations, Product Management, Procurement, R&D and leadership. Travel estimated 10%+.

Responsibilities

• Managing the financial aspects of Rheem’s capital expenditure process on a global basis.
• Driving budgeting, management reporting, KPIs, forecasting and planning for CAPEX.

In this critical role, the Director, Finance (CAPEX) will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of Rheem’s capital expenditure process. Main responsibilities include driving global standard finance processes around capital expenditure budgeting, management reporting, KPIs, forecasting and planning. Additionally, this role will provide strategic consultation and business case support to Operations, Product Management, Procurement, R&D and leadership.

Travel is estimated at 10%+ with more during onboarding, primarily domestic.

This position will serve our Rheem North America Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
