USA Lacrosse is looking for an experienced Director of Finance to lead our accounting and finance functions. This position will ensure accurate and timely financial statements are maintained and will oversee the implementation and maintenance of USA Lacrosse’s financial controls and processes to safeguard the organization’s assets. This critical role works closely with the SVP& CFO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and business development. The Director of Finance will continually evaluate and seek opportunities to automate the accounting functions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.

We are looking for a detail oriented, strategic, and analytical thinker who can manage the financials for USA Lacrosse, ensuring the necessary safeguards are in place, always looking for ways to enhance and optimize our processes. This is an exciting time to be working alongside a dedicated and mission-focused team for a growing sport as we head to the LA28 Olympics.
This position is generally expected to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and occasionally requires longer hours or weekend work as related to events and other business needs. This is a hybrid position and works from the headquarters office in Sparks, MD three (3) days a week with the flexibility to work from home two (2) days a week.
The base pay range for this position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00, commensurate with experience, plus opportunity for annual incentive pay.
