Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal, occupational health and safety, communications, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in safety management or program management.
• 3 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Field Safety Execution team, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive field safety strategies, driving continuous improvement through KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to enhance safety practices and address stakeholder concerns.
• Direct process improvement initiatives by conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices to optimize safety outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Foster talent development through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Promote integrity and compliance by embedding ethical standards into all safety programs and practices.
