Qualifications
4-8 years of experience managing or directing field teams and programs.
Agency experience preferred.
Strong understanding of grassroots and grasstops field campaigns.
Ability to manage detailed reporting including budgets and influencer lists.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communications strategies for business objectives.
Cultivate relationships with nationwide field operatives.
Manage multi-state campaigns and act as a liaison.
Provide strategic direction to field teams.
Recruit and mobilize new field operatives.
Coordinate field-specific billing with the accounting department.
