Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Demonstrated progressive field leadership experience.
• Experience supporting rare disease and/or specialty products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional patient access functions, including Patient Access Liaisons and Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Ensure execution of patient access and reimbursement strategies.
• Lead coaching and development within a high-performing field-based organization.
