Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with post-award accounting background.
• Experience interpreting accounting principles and sponsor policies.
• Proven track record supervising professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees funds accounting management and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Leads unit planning, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Develops policies for sponsored project accounting and process improvements.
• Provides training on advanced post-award administration.
