Job summary

TG Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director/Director Program Management, QC Testing to lead outsourced analytical testing activities with CDMOs and external labs, ensuring timely delivery of quality data to support development, regulatory submissions, and commercial supply.

You will coordinate testing plans, manage supplier performance, oversee timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure GMP/GLP and regulatory compliance, collaborating across Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs,

Qualifications

12+ years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
3+ years of supplier management or outsourced testing oversight.
Experience managing CDMOs and contract testing labs.
Strong understanding of QC testing in biologics, cell therapy, gene therapy, vaccines, and/or pharmaceutical products.
Experience supporting clinical and/or commercial product development.

Responsibilities

Serve as relationship manager for external laboratories, CMOs, CDMOs, and testing vendors.
Monitor supplier performance against quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics.
Lead contract negotiations, SOWs, change orders and budget management.
Develop plans for analytical testing activities supporting development and manufacturing.
Coordinate timelines and track milestones across partners.
