ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coaches and supports staff managing and influencing fundraising events on core revenue drivers including volunteer leadership, sponsorship, event experience, and stewardship. ( 2 0% )
• Leads and manages program specific enterprise-wide projects and initiatives including staff partner support to leadership volunteer teams . (20%)
• Partners with th e marketing and operations team to use data/insights, develop training, collateral, and resources to ensure achievement of goals . ( 2 0% )
• Drives a donor-centric approach to revenue generation by cultivating and stewarding high-value relationships, leveraging consistent engagement strategies and shared portfolio management practices across markets. (20%)
• Serves as a strategic advisor to market and event leadership on budgets and forecasting, ensuring strong ROI and achievement of top- and bottom-line goals. ( 1 0 % )
• Partners with the enterprise development leaders to develop revenue growth strategies, ensuring alignment across functions and integration with broader organizational priorities. ( 10 % )

EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience : 8 years + of fundraising experience in a large nonprofit setting. Preference for diversified income portfolio experience with a multi-million-dollar organization .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Seasoned experience in fundraising events, volunteer management and cultivation and strong understanding of market, community, and constituent experiences
• Outcome driven, strong project management ability
• Collaborative leadership, management, coaching and development of diverse staff
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly self-motivated, organized and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills, creative problem solving

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel required including evening and weekend work.

The starting rate is $90,000 to $100,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
