Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years as Computer Systems Analyst or related, including ERP SAP implementations.
• 5+ years of analytics and BI within SAP, including SAP S/4HANA; engaging stakeholders and leading diverse cross-functional teams.

Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on SAP capabilities and trends. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize ERP-related initiatives. Oversee the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP platforms and integrated systems. Lead system migrations, upgrades, and optimization projects. Ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of ERP data and operations. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of ERP and SAP specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members stay current on SAP advancements. Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency through SAP solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and configure SAP systems to meet those needs. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or inefficiencies. Manage relationships with SAP and other ERP vendors to ensure successful partnerships and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related projects with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure ERP systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
