This position is within the Care Solutions business line and has responsibility at the Mapleton site. This position is fully on site and does not require any travel. Travel may be on ad-hoc basis for site visit and experience exchange.
The Reliability Manager is responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies and programs to enhance operational performance of the equipment assets for Mapleton. This position leads a team of plant engineers and reliability engineers and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure the reliability, availability and maintainability of assets. The reliability manager will also focus on continuous‑improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and optimise maintenance practices, with a specific emphasis on asset strategy development.
This position ensures world‑class performance is clearly defined and leverages talent in the region, to continually improve equipment reliability and business outcomes for Mapleton. Incorporation of industry and Evonik standards into both technical and safety‑based work practices will help to drive improvement of key performance indicators for Mapleton. This position will implement Evonik Process System (EPS) in the areas of maintenance, reliability, turnarounds, external service management, site engineering, materials management, contractor management, digitalisation initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
