Lead epidemiology activities for CSL Behring’s designated products, supporting R&D and commercial efforts through strategic research planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• develop and oversee epidemiology research strategies, manage study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• contribute epidemiologic data to regulatory submissions (e.g., safety reports, development plans)
• conduct benefit-risk assessments and advance real-world evidence (RWE) utilization
• support department development and promote best practices

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Epidemiology or related field with 10+ years (PhD) or Master's with 12+ years pharma experience
• extensive experience in epidemiologic research, cross-functional team leadership, and regulatory documentation
• proven ability to advise product teams and lead organizational initiatives
