Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Enterprise Regulatory Compliance to lead risk assessment, oversight, and governance for pharmaceutical and medical device compliance across multiple U.S. sites and international locations.

The role partners with Quality, Regulatory Intelligence, and Compliance leaders to guide senior leadership on risk-based decisions and ensure regulatory readiness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of quality and compliance experience.
• Health Authority/Notified Body experience preferred but not required.
• cGMP regulatory compliance experience in meds/devices required.
• Strong written and oral communication for a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as S.P.O.C. for policy interpretation and decision support.
• Assess manufacturing, quality, and compliance risks across sites.
• Review and classify Health Authority inspections and cGMP audits.
• Lead inspection readiness activities for Health Authority audits.
• Analyze regulatory data to identify actionable insights for leadership.
• Provide cGMP training on risk-based auditing strategies.
