Capital One Software is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of next‑generation enterprise products. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level data modeling/analytics.
Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy.
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
Demonstrate strong analytics for strategic decision making and risk management.
Provide leadership to build and leverage a high-performing team and drive results.
