Trucordia Values
Trucordia acquires agencies with a wide variety of systems, integrations, and operating models. This Director-level individual contributor role is responsible for evaluating acquired environments, defining how they align to Trucordia's target architecture, and supporting delivery teams through implementation.
The first priority will be building a scalable discovery methodology that allows non-architect resources to gather consistent technical information during the integration process. This individual will use those findings to develop integration designs, identify risks and dependencies, and partner closely with delivery teams throughout implementation.
Beyond M&A integration, this person will serve as a senior architecture resource across the enterprise, contributing to other high-priority technology initiatives as business needs evolve.
