Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare required.
• Eight years of managerial experience in a clinical setting; leadership in sterile processing/HLD preferred.
• Experience with Joint Commission standards and accreditation preparation highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide High Level Disinfection (HLD) and sterilization programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Joint Commission readiness across all sites.
• Develop education, workforce development, and succession pathways for SPD/HLD teams.
• Collaborate with Infection Control, facilities, and leadership to improve safety and quality.
