Role Description

The Director, Enterprise Capital Planning is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide capital planning initiatives, including the development, optimization, and governance of capital investment strategies across Inspire’s brand portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing capital budgeting processes, analyzing investment opportunities, partnering with finance and operations teams to evaluate returns, and preparing executive-level presentations and recommendations. The director will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align capital deployment with strategic priorities, conduct market and competitive analyses, and ensure that capital plans support long-term growth and brand health. This position also leads continuous improvement in capital planning methodologies, tools, and reporting to enhance transparency and decision quality.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and draw actionable insights.
• Expertise in planning and strategic planning to design and manage enterprise capital budgeting and investment processes.
• Experience in market research and research methods to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and investment opportunities.
• Proven leadership in capital planning, corporate finance, or related fields within multi-unit or consumer-facing businesses is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
