Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Enterprise API portfolio, guiding a cross- functional team of 20+ engineers across geographies. You will shape how AI agents and developers interact with Salesforce data at scale.

This role emphasizes developer-centric leadership, API architectures (REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL), and go-to-market strategy, with responsibilities across data movement, security, and customer engagement at events like

Qualifications

8+ years in product management and ownership of developer-facing/API products.
Hands-on API knowledge including REST/OpenAPI, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0.
Ability to author and defend portfolio strategy beyond roadmaps.
Experience building prototypes with AI tools and PRDs.
Strong written and verbal communication with leadership audiences.
BS or MS in Engineering, CS, or equivalent technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy: define long-range plan and 6–12 month roadmap with cross-functional teams.
Data Movement and Query at Scale: direct direction for data throughput and API usage.
Security and Trust: own API security posture, deprecations, and governance.
Go-to-Market and Evangelism: engage customers at events and deliver release content.
Voice of the Customer: translate feedback into actionable roadmap decisions.
