Job summary

Fitch Ratings seeks a Director-level Analyst for coverage of the Natural Resources sector, based out of New York, Chicago, or Toronto. You will perform quantitative and qualitative credit analysis, maintain financial models, and participate in meetings with ENR industry management teams.

Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in capital markets or credit analysis; CFA/CPA preferred; strong Excel/Word skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFA/CPA or CFA candidate preferred.
• Capital markets and/or credit analysis experience a plus.
• Expertise in Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of key quantitative and qualitative factors influencing credit quality in Energy & Natural Resources.
• Maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Participate in meetings with ENR industry management teams.
• Help senior analysts prepare presentations for credit rating committees.
