Job summary

Bloomington Meadows is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead the facility's operations, including maintenance and grounds keeping, while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

The role also serves as Safety Officer and participates on the Safety/Risk Management Committee, with oversight of staff and budget, driving safety and efficiency across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or related field.
• A minimum of three to five years facilities management experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

The Director of Environmental Services is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the facility’s Safety Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Management Committee.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or related field.

Experience:

A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years facilities management or related experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
