Position Summary The Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities is responsible for leading the execution of engineering, maintenance, and facilities management programs across a designated region of distribution and logistics facilities. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities, this role ensures the reliability, availability, capacity, and performance of facility infrastructure and automation systems while supporting operational, quality, safety, and financial objectives. The Director will lead a team of maintenance managers, facilities managers, supervisors, and technical professionals to drive maintenance excellence, equipment reliability, asset lifecycle management, safety performance, and operational efficiency. The role works closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Real Estate, and external service providers to ensure consistent execution of maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for regional maintenance and facilities budgets, capital project execution, contractor management, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and enterprise asset management system compliance.
Pay Range: $146,000-165,000* (based on experience) *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
