Job summary

Algolia, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide multiple teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will translate high-level objectives into clear priorities and own delivery for a product area, shaping roadmaps to maximize customer value. You will coach engineering managers to grow as leaders, foster ownership and accountability, and advise CTO and SVP Engineering on technical and organizational initiatives.
