Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement including leadership of complex technical supply chains.
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing strategy, supplier development, material planning, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Xcimer’s end-to-end supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and logistics.
• Lead and scale a high-performing supply chain organization, including hiring and performance management.
• Implement and improve core supply chain processes, tools, and systems for efficiency.
