Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including operations, benefits, or employee relations.
• Experience leading HR teams and driving process improvements.
• Familiarity with modern HR technology and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycles, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.
• Mentor and develop HR staff, and partner with CHRO on strategy.
• Collaborate across campus to align HRIS, benefits, and L&D initiatives.
