iDEAL HIRE is assisting a leading acute care hospital in Houston in recruiting a Director of Emergency Services to lead operations for a busy Emergency Department in a 300+ bed facility.

The role oversees daily ED operations, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and budget management, with a focus on patient-centered care and staff development. Competitive salary 130K–140K+ DOE, with up to 145K for 10+ years' experience. Full benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RECENT acute care Director of ED experience or strong ED Manager with 3–5 yrs leadership exp.
• Active RN license in Texas (or compact state).
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS required.
