Allegheny Health Network is seeking a nursing leader to direct prehospital, trauma, and emergency services with a focus on quality, safety, and patient experience. You will partner with physicians and offices across the continuum to implement strategies and improvements.

GENERAL OVERVIEW: Directs the operational and administrative aspects of the prehospital, trauma, and emergency services unis with respect to the AHN focus 5: Quality and Safety, Customer Service, Growth and Access, Financial Stability, People. This position is accountable to the CNO for leading and executing strategies around nursing. Additionally, this position will actively collaborate with our offices and physicians across the continuum.
