Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director of Technical Product Management for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead embedded AI-enabled products and the platform strategy. You will guide end-to-end software on-device architectures, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and translate complex AI tech into market-ready solutions.

You will report to the Senior Director Business Development - Forge & AI and work from the Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in architecture, development, technical product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with system architecture principles and integration for complex embedded software platforms.
Experience in embedded software development, including embedded Linux, Kubernetes, device management, data platforms, and on-device AI architecture and deployment operations.
Deep knowledge of AI technologies, including AI tech stacks, agentic AI frameworks, and best practices for developing and commercializing AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of embedded AI-enabled product and platform solutions.
Drive technical product management initiatives from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market readiness.
Build and evolve the embedded AI software platform roadmap and end-to-end device software strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute architecture strategies and roadmaps for AI.
Coordinate internal engineering teams and external partners to deliver products quickly and effectively.
Provide technical oversight across the embedded software stack (Linux, Kubernetes, device management, data platforms, on-device AI).
Engage with business teams and customers to gather requirements and feedback.
Present ideas and program updates to senior leadership and strategic partners.
Champion growth mindset and continuous improvement across projects.
Ensure cohesive integration of firmware, software, device operations, data platforms, and AI testing.
