Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electronic trading and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with MiFID, MAR, and Senior Managers Regime.
• Proven conduct risk, audit, or compliance background.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the electronic trading conduct risk and control framework.
• Manage conduct risk assessment and challenge business self-assessments.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line functions on related processes including inventories and material change.
• Support audit and regulatory reviews and projects related to Electronic Trading.
• Document requirements and prioritise development, test and sign-off changes to risk assessment, MI and workflow systems.
• Prepare materials and minutes for governance forums.
