Job summary

ecoATM Gazelle is seeking a Director of Facilities & EHS to own the safety, compliance, and physical infrastructure across corporate offices and warehouses. The role leads the end-to-end EHS program, including policy, training, incident response, and regulatory filings, while managing facilities operations, vendor relations, and capital projects.

This hands-on leadership position is designed for someone who can build scalable programs in a fast-paced, PE-backed company and travel to multiple

Qualifications

• 15+ years in facilities management, EHS, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and state/local regs.
• CSP certification or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the company EHS program across all facilities.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for facilities.
• Lead site selection, real estate management, and lease activity.
• Partner with Operations, HR and Legal on safety policy and risk.
• Report EHS metrics and budgets to executive leadership.
