Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HSE leader to oversee safety operations across large electrical construction projects. You will partner with Project Executives and Superintendents to develop and execute a regional safety strategy, driving a culture of electrical safety excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of field safety leadership in electrical environments, CSP certification, and proven ability to reduce incidents through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Safety Professional license required.
• 10+ years of HSE leadership experience in electrical construction, heavy civil, or industrial environments.
• Experience with Construction EHS; Electrical Construction preferred.
• Extensive experience overseeing safety programs for field electrical operations and high-risk technical scopes.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, energized work procedures, and electrical hazard mitigation.
• Experience supporting multi-project portfolios across large geographic regions.
• Proven ability to analyze safety data and drive metrics-based improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of regional safety strategy and partners with Project Executives and Superintendents.
• Mentors HSE teams and implements metrics-driven safety programs.
• Supports high-risk electrical scopes such as substations, medium/high-voltage systems, data centers, and major infrastructure projects.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E and company standards while elevating field engagement and hazard mitigation.
