Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director of eDiscovery within its Technology Consulting practice. This hybrid role spans multiple U.S.

offices (San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Atlanta) and focuses on leading complex document review and production projects using Relativity, Nuix Discover, and related tools. You will manage day-to-day activities, apply analytical methods, and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal).
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Have responsibility for day-to-day activities of projects including interaction with other consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Apply analytical skills and leverage existing methodologies to client situations and create novel, customized solutions.
• Utilize logical reasoning skills to provide complete client service.
• Work to ensure a quality product and delivery within established timeframes.
• Introduce additional FTI services to clients as needs dictate.
• Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
• Maintain professional image within the firm and project it externally.

FTI Technology utilizes modern review platforms for native document review and case management. Our practice primarily provides professional consulting services to corporations and law firms for coordinating document review and production using Relativity and/or Nuix Discover.
