Job summary

Natera is seeking a Laboratory Director to provide strategic clinical oversight for the Early Cancer Detection program. You will ensure all laboratory testing meets the highest standards and regulatory requirements, oversee new testing implementations, and manage lab processes and records to deliver accurate patient results.

Qualifications

• MD/DO and/or PhD in genetics or related field required.
• ABMGG board-certified in Clinical Cytogenetics and/or Molecular Genetics, ABP board-certified in Molecular Genetic Pathology or equivalent.
• Current California laboratory director license as Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist or Clinical Cytogeneticist.
• Current NYS CLEP Certificate of Qualification in Genetic Testing.
• 5+ years of CLIA-certified clinical laboratory experience with genetic/genomic data.
