You will coordinate internal and external chemistry teams, employing modern synthesis and parallel approaches while driving molecular optimization through structure-based design and modeling. The role requires a PhD with extensive experience in medicinal chemistry, strong publication/patent records, and a proven ability to mentor and lead

Formación

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with 7+ years’ experience or a Master’s with 10+ years in drug discovery.
• Proven creativity and problem-solving in medicinal/organic chemistry evidenced by publications/patents.
• Strong leadership with 4+ years managing high-performing teams and CRO partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplin ary drug discovery projects from hit identification to candidate selection.
• Coordinate internal/external chemistry teams using modern synthesis and parallel chemistry.
• Formulate plans to optimize molecules using structure-based design and modeling.
• Interpret complex biological data with modern visualization tools.
• Collaborate across functions to advance programs and mentor team members.
• Lead by example to drive organizational goals.
