The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to advance DEI priorities across all pillars in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role advises governance, mobilizes volunteers, and drives strategic action to improve equity and inclusion in programs and services.
You will build partnerships, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee community outreach, ensuring documentation in required databases and meeting KPI goals while traveling as needed.
The purpose of this role is to advance the Association's mission in underserved and underrepresented communities; The Director of DEI is responsible for monitoring and mentoring the adoption of the Association's DEI priorities across all pillars, building collaborative and strategic organizational partnerships, executing on KPI goals and recruiting/ engaging underrepresented community leaders and volunteers, and leading long-term systematic change work.
The Alzheimer's Association's good faith expectation for the salary range for this role is between $105,000 - $115,000
