Job Summary

Reese Public Schools in Reese, MI is seeking a student-focused Director of Dining Services to lead nutrition programs across the district's elementary and junior/senior high school campuses, serving approximately 800 students. This hands-on leader will oversee daily food service operations, manage a team of 11 associates, ensure financial accountability and regulatory compliance, and deliver a positive dining experience for students, staff, and families. The program includes traditional breakfast and lunch service, GSRP meal programs, and an active summer feeding program. This is a well-established, long-tenured account with a strong history of success and community support.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in client relations, communication, and frontline leadership, while also being comfortable using technology and food service systems as part of their daily responsibilities.
