Epsilon is seeking a Director of Digital Sales to drive revenue growth and exceptional client experiences across its data, tech and media practices in the Chicago or NYC area. Lead cross-functional teams, translate client objectives into actionable plans, and mentor teams to deliver measurable results.
This leadership role requires deep programmatic media expertise, strategic thinking, and a consultative, data-driven selling approach to build long-term client partnerships and growth.
The Director, Digital Sales is responsible for building strong client partnerships. They will accelerate revenue expansion and provide outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. They will also support data and technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic problem solver with outstanding business insight. Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering effective solutions that exceed client expectations are essential.

Compensation Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $180,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
