CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Director, Digital Program Management to lead a portfolio of cross-functional digital initiatives across US locations (Albany, Boston, Atlanta, Miami) with remote options.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategies, governance, and measurable outcomes, delivering digital capabilities and growth. You will guide change, establish KPIs, and communicate at the executive level while scaling analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to create measurable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years leading complex business, operational, digital, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams to drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
• Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with experience in business cases and metrics.

• AEC, infrastructure, or professional services experience preferred.

In this strategic leadership role, you'll partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver high-impact initiatives that enhance operational performance, advance digital capabilities, and support the growth of digitally enabled client solutions.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience leading complex business, operational, digital, or strategic initiatives required
• Demonstrated success in program management, project management, or business leadership roles
• Experience partnering directly with executive and senior leadership teams to drive strategic outcomes and lead organizational change and adoption initiatives
• Proven ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries
• Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• AEC, infrastructure, or professional services industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, AI, enterprise systems, or digital business solutions preferred

Salary Range:

$175,000 - $200,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
